Description	Atherosclerosis is a group known as a hardening of the arteries vascular disease the most common, the most important. Its characteristic is the artery wall thickening and hardening, loss of elasticity and luminal narrowing, due to the accumulation of fat in the intima of atherosclerotic appearance is yellow, so called atherosclerosis. Large and medium-sized arteries involved, the main clinical manifestations in affected organs disease, four stages of atherosclerosis, (1) asymptomatic or subclinical stage: the process of varying lengths, including starting from the early pathologic changes of atherosclerosis, until it has been formed, but there is no clinical manifestations involved organ or tissue. (2): the vascular stenosis and ischemic organ ischemia symptoms. (3): necrosis due to occlusion of the lumen and tissue necrosis in acute thrombosis in blood vessel formation. (4) fibrosis stage: long term ischemia organ fibrosis, atrophy and cause symptoms.
